Most tortilla brands rely on co-packers to manufacture their products. We chose a different path.
Over the years, we've built direct relationships with the farmers and millers who supply our heirloom flour and the producers who provide our fats. Making our tortillas ourselves allows us to honor those relationships, maintain our standards, and ensure every ingredient meets our expectations.
Some things are too important to outsource.
