THIS IS HOW TORTILLAS WERE MEANT TO BE MADE.

In Mexico, my family didn’t buy tortillas made with industrial oils or processed flour. We grew our food, raised our animals, and cooked with what we had—real fats and real wheat.

That’s how tortillas were made. That’s how we still make them.

Most tortillas today are made with refined, bleached flour and industrial oils.
They’re designed for shelf life—not for flavor or tradition.

Made with real ingredients—by us.
